About GLACR

We are a residential development company focused on creating value through disciplined underwriting, margin protection, and precise market timing. Our work centers on well-structured value-add and ground-up residential projects in emerging markets, where local market knowledge, hands-on execution, and cost control are critical to outcomes.

GLACR operates as a fully integrated, founder-led development company with direct responsibility across the entire project lifecycle—from initial feasibility and financial analysis through design, entitlements, construction, and final disposition. This hands-on approach allows for tighter control over scope, schedule, and cost, while reducing execution risk and preserving margin throughout the development process.

Across all developments, GLACR applies a consistent operating approach—deep technical understanding, conservative assumptions, disciplined execution, and a constant focus on protecting capital while delivering consistent returns.

Our Founder

Brittney Brandt / GLACR

CEO & Founder

Brittney Brandt

My entire career has been in real estate, beginning with my first architecture internship at age 18 and continuing through more than 21 years of hands-on experience delivering residential and complex real estate projects. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and know this market intimately. My foundation is architectural, grounded in a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Washington State University, but my career has been defined by execution—taking projects from early feasibility through entitlement, construction, and sale while protecting capital and managing risk.

I began in residential design, focused on single-family home remodels, and maintained continuous architecture internships through graduation. Residential has always been my core interest, but my career path expanded across asset classes and scales, providing direct experience with high-rise apartments, urban mixed-use towers, medical facilities, industrial campuses, and large commercial developments. This breadth has shaped a disciplined, systems-driven approach to underwriting and execution.

Over the last two decades, I have held executive leadership roles with full responsibility for entitlement strategy, capital planning, consultant and contractor management, and project-level P&L. I have overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in development activity, worked extensively with municipalities and public agencies, and led projects through complex regulatory and construction environments. I also led Amazon’s first brick-and-mortar store program, delivering the company’s initial physical retail locations from concept through construction.

At Seafair, I coordinate closely across departments with the CEO, Director of Operations, Director of Partnerships, Director of Finance, and Community Engagement Manager, and Event Production Manager.

As the sole member of the Marketing Department I oversee several contractors to help coordinate and deploy social media marketing calendar, graphic design, and special events collateral.

Additionally, I work with vendors and external stakeholders (Boeing, Kaiser Permanente, Alaska Airlines, etc) to identify and produce both digital and print deliverables that meet contract requirements.

Results

In 2025, our team successfully moved our parade location for the first time in Seafair’s 75 year history to Seattle’s newly renovated waterfront. This was a massive technical/logistical accomplishment. On the marketing side, we launched a large, multi-channel awareness campaign along with a tiered-ticketing strategy – selling out the paid portion of the event.

Awards

Seafair received several WFEA (Washington Festivals and Events Association) acknowledgements including the Summit Award for Programming/Logistical Achievement, Best Print Collateral Piece, and Best Website.

My experience includes leading integrated marketing and growth programs across real-world events and digital businesses, spanning brand strategy, demand generation, partnerships, and content across web, email, social, paid media, and on-site experiences.

I have owned go-to-market planning, performance reporting, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery with leadership, operators, and creative/technical teams.

At GLACR, I translate project strategy into investor-ready messaging and market-facing campaigns that strengthen capital relationships, build community trust, and support disciplined deal flow.
